Paul Preston is Global Head of Sales with IP Global. Based in the UK, he is responsible for managing the property investment firm’s global sales strategy across over 20 markets.
Before joining IP Global, Paul was CEO at one of the largest Property Brokerage companies in the UAE operating in both the domestic market as well as overseas investment markets.
Paul has been investing into property since he was 17, and since then has built up a strong and well diversified portfolio covering various countries around the globe.
Whilst accumulating an impressive global property portfolio, Paul was a member of the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) and played professional golf to a high standard mainly around Europe. Due to Paul’s passion for investment property, he stopped playing golf professionally to focus on his career within the real estate investment sector.
Previously Director and Head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa for IP Global, Paul is credited with strengthening the firm’s presence and capability in these markets and building a sales team that delivered a record-breaking performance during his tenure.
